It is recommended you have a yoga mat or soft place to lay, two thick blankets or a fewl large towels, and two pillows for this session.

  • Whole Brain Relationships - Tuesday, April 20th from 10-11:30 am

Whole Brain Relationships is the “Magic Wand” for developing and maintaining satisfying relationships. In this workshop, you will join Nick Lawrence to learn how the right and left sides of the brain work to manage stress. When a person is upset, the right brain has what is called a “flood” and is unable to draw from the left brain where the logic and linear thinking lay. Most people respond to someone upset with their left brain, trying to help them feel better, when it actually makes it worse. Guaranteed, you will leave with two great strategies that you will be able to implement immediately: “Connect and Redirect” and “Name it to Tame it.”
