2020 SRJC PRESIDENT'S UPDATE
At the start of summer we are usually gathered together at the Annual President's Address to the Community Luncheon for a presentation on the state of the College. Though we were unable to gather in person as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we still wanted to share an update on the College and recognize the unwavering support of our Sonoma County community. In this short video message, you will learn how we have been able to pivot to support our students and each other in new and different ways. We are in this together, even while we are apart.
SRJC CRISIS RESPONSE FUND
SRJC is committed to responding to the ongoing coronavirus crisis by supporting our students in need. In addition to missing important classes and valuable learning opportunities, many SRJC students are missing work and suffering financial challenges without regular income. During campus closure, some do not have access to food, shelter, medical and mental health care, childcare, and other support resources.
The SRJC Foundation has established the SRJC Crisis Response Fund to help our students pay rent and bills, provide food, and support their families as they go without work and access to important services. Please help us to support a variety of basic needs so that we can continue transforming lives through education and preparing the workforce of the future! #SRJCstrong #SRJCfuerte
