Bylaws - Ensures that the Foundation's bylaws are current and provides oversight for revisions and amendments.
Executive - Considers policy, operating and personnel matters and makes recommendations to the full Board.
Investment - Oversees the Foundation's investment portfolio and works with the institutional consultant to ensure stability and growth of the Foundation's assets.
Nominating - Identifies and nominates candidates to serve on the SRJC Foundation Board of Directors. Develops succession plans and organizes annual elections.
Personnel - Provides oversight and guidance for matters related to the personnel of the Foundation.
Planning, Budget and Audit - Assists SRJC Foundation Treasurer and Executive Director in preparing annual operating budget. Reviews and recommends approval of audit finds to Board of Directors.
